As Whitby is situated on one of Britain’s finest coastlines and has been a port for more than a thousand years - and still remains a busy fishing harbour - Rob is able to choose seafood fresh from the quayside every morning. Rob is also Seafood Chef of the Year 2009, awarded by 'Seafish' for his comitment in using local seafood and his support of the fishing industry.
Prime local meats and game are also a speciality.
